[WSIS CS-Plenary] Re: Milton Mueller - silence of the lambs

Perhaps if we ask the Dean of the U. of Miami School of Law to intervene, we will not have this nonsense going 
on. I'm on a trip to China and have better to do with my time than to deal with this.
