Grassroots voices have always been missing from policy making fora. 
The film screening followed by a discussion will trace their journey
from being merely silent specatators to actively voicing their issues
and concerns. However, there still remains a lot of ground to be
covered in this regard.  

How do the  grassroots people vioce their concerns to the policy
makers?  

What would be the media to capture and disseminate their voices?  

Even if these vioces are communicated, are they really heard?
