Well, as Amir wrote, it looks very discouraging for Civil
Society participation. While I certainly understand that
Iranian local NGO/Civil society is unwilling to support
it, I still think those who could afford to go should go
there and try the best to expand CS participation, and
if ignored, keep it on the record and challenge the framework
itself and report that to the PrepCom process.

And I think it is best to, at least for the initial round,
share information about who is going to and what is planed
to do there here on this list so that all who are interested
in this issues are well-informed.
