Please find attached an invitation to the panel debate on "Financing
Mechanisms for ICT" that Instiuto del Tercer Mundo (ITeM) and the Third
World Network (TWN) will organize on the 21st February in the context of the
PrepComm II of the WSIS (Tunis phase).

During the panel two papers will be presented, aimed at contributing to
articulate a development perspective on the key issue of financial
mechanisms for ICTs.
