just wanted to let you know that i've added an entry and link to the 
event on the WSIS prepcom II wiki. URL is:

if you (or others) have other events, meetings or sessions that you'd 
like to add - please go ahead and add it yourself.

to add information:

1.  Just select the day in question from the table of contents
2. Once you are the date, select edit -  and add the info..

it is quite easy...
