OneWorld South Asia is holding its Fourth Annual
Regional Meeting on March 3-4, 2005 at India Habitat
Centre, New Delhi. Nearly 400 delegates from south

Development Goals (MDGs), the role of ICT in
development and building CoPs for achieving the MDGs.
The theme for the meeting is - Towards building
