Dear Lisa
Thanks for your indication of other sources about ECHELON. Unfurtunately these sources are somehow outdated. As far as the debates on ECHELON in the  European Parliament are concerned, there was a second round in 2001/2002 which was far more intense as I shortly mentioned it in my previous e-mails.
