Merci Bruno pour cette contribution qui pourrait
utilement inspiré d'autres domaines de réflexion su
SMSI comme les finances ou la défense des intérêt des
utilisateurs, consommateurs ou ayant droit à
l'information et à la communication.
Avec ta permission je poste le texte sur la lsite des
mécanismes de financement.
Enfin, si j'avais à emettre une préférence, sur le
rattachement de ce mécanisme de coordination je
plaiderai pour l'UNESCO au lieu de l'UIT trop mouillé
par ses complaisances voire complicité avec le secteur
privé dans le cadre du concept à la mode partenariat
public-privé.

to our Finance-mechanism List.
If i have to choice between UNESCO and UIT as UN
parner to your coordination mechanism, i do prefer
UNESCO, less corrupted by private sector deals and
less involved in this new concept
Private-Public-Patnership.
