[WSIS CS-Plenary] time for confirmation of prepcom registration?

Thanks Andy,
I have the same problem with registration. Few weems
before the meeting it should be time to confirm or
reject registrations if organizators want a
significant participation.

quelques semaines de la rencontre de Tunis il serait
temps d'expliciter la chose si toute fois les
organisateurs veulent une participation conséquente.
