Dr Francis, Félicitation pour ton message trilingue...
Il faudrait t'investir pour que ces avancées en
matière des logiciels libres et plus généralement de
liberté d'accès au savoir (bien public à l'échelle
mondiale) puisse être pris en compte davantage dans
les discussions de la société civile... C'est vrai que
les animateurs de la société civile sont attentifs
voire militant de la chose il n'en demeure pas moins
qu'il reste toujours un travail gigantesque de
sensibilisation au niveau des pays surtout du Sud où
les dirigeants et opérateurs privés sont fagocités par
les majors des logiciels et des systèmes....
A relever que les recommandations de la dernière
réunion à Paris de l'Association internationale des
maires francophones plaident pour la promotion des
logiciels libres dans les municipalités et les
pouvoirs locaux et dans leur environnement (société
civile)... Il faut poursuivre !!!! et l'apport des
scientifiques est déterminant.

Dear Dr Francis,
Congratulation for your message in 3 languages. We
must continue our effort to built a bridge with Civile
Society, especially at the level of governmental staff
and private operators who are dominated by the
transnational firms of logiciels and systems.
The last meeting in Paris of the international
association of francophone mayors took a recommadation
for promotion of Open Access, we must continue and the
support of cultural and scientistifique leaders is
more than suitable.
