[WSIS CS-Plenary] CS follow-up

I share Meryems concerns about the creation of a "follow-up caucus". Follow-up is a task to be assumed by a transverse body i.e. the CS Content & Themes working group.
Morerover at its last meeting the CS C&T has decided to maintain a small coordinating group of  5 or 6 members, as far as I remember : Sally, Bill, Susanna, Amir, Claire and myself because there wasn't any other french speaking candidate.
By this way we also avoid adding just another caucus to the too many existing ones (remember the problems we met for gathering their opinion or contributions...).    . 

Je partage le point de vue de Meryem quant à la création d'un "caucus" de suivi. La tâche de suivi doit être assurée par une structure transverse, c'est-à-dire le groupe de travail Contenu & Thèmes de la Société Civile.
Par ailleurs, lors de sa dernière réunion ce groupe a décidé de maintenir un petit groupe de coordination de 5 ou 6 membres pour autant que je m'en souviens : Sally, Bill, Susanna, Amir, Claire et moi-même en l'absence de candidat francophone.
Nous éviterons ainsi d'ajouter un "caucus" de plus au nombre déjà trop important (souvenons nous de problèmes que nous avons rencontrés pour rassembler leus avis ou contributions ...)
