Hello from the Youth Caucus!

Please find attached invitations to Summit Events of
the Youth Caucus.  Youth Activities are centering around "Youth Day,"
December 10, opening with a Youth and Human Rights workshop on
"Introducing
and Strengthening Human Rights in Post Conflict Peace Building
Processes"
to celebrate international Human Rights Day (December 10, 2003 is
the 55th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human
Rights).  A Press Release on Youth Day is available in three languages

Other events to note include the Open Space Workshop on
Youth Empowerment (Dec. 9, 16:00-18:00, Hall 4, Room 6), the
"Local Voices, Global Visions" National Campaigns Workshop (Dec. 10,
11:30-13:30, Hall 2, Room S), the launch of the YCDO Action Plan (Dec.
10, 13:30-14:30, Hall 2 Room S), a Labour and Youth Panel Discussion
(Dec. 10, 15:30-16:30, Hall 2, Room S) and the Gender/Youth
Roundtable: Young Women in ICT4D (Dec. 11, Hall 4, Room 7).
