I asked from the UNESCO the actual Cooperation Agreement documents and 
they kindly sent them for me as PDF-files. I really appreciate the 
UNESCO's transparency in the matter.

I was wondering if any of you would be interested in to have a closer 
look of them and maybe comment them. So, for this reason I decided to 
put them online in my home director (this was also ok for UNESCO):
