Hi Steve, 

As planned, I sent the spanish translation to the lists in Latin America. 

I apologize for late reaction. (I actually write you now from Holland) and
know that you already sent an almost defenitive version. 

Although I am conscient about the inconvenient moment, yet I really do hope
that it will be possible to -still- include the different suggestions made
in the document that I attach. Some of the contributers to the suggestions
summed up in the attached document (suggestions are in red) can be
considered as highly qualified latinamerican specialists in the theme.
