Hi Beatriz and all friends in LAC

After Mrs Ebadi's Peace Nobel Prize there is another reason for Civil Society 
to be proud. This time it's the Latin American SC, in particular the 
bolivianos around Evo Morales, who have achieved a great victory in 
dismissing the repressive and corrupted President Sanchez de Lozada and 
putting the respected Carlos Mesa at its place. 
Let's hope that he will lead his country with the assistance of all 
progressive forces and mainly the bolivian Civil Society to a more democratic 
and equal future.
