This will not qualify for the APC member exchange fund.

You could try writing to Karen Banks to see if there is a possibility of the 
member travel fund covering this, but it is not likely, as that budget is for 
policy related events.

Also ask Ann Tothill if she has any ideas.

I can offer to help by providing accommodation free of charge at my house.
