Estimados amigos:

My name is Carlos Saldarriaga and I work in a peruvian NGO called Centro
Peruano de Estudios Sociales (CEPES), a member of the APC community.

CEPES, in joint with the farmers' irrigation organisations, are developing 
an agricultural information system in the Huaral Valley, having 12 
information centers connected by wireless technology.

We are very interested in participate in this list to support our struggle 
for spread this technology contributing to reduce the costs of the 
application of ICT in rural areas in our countries.
