Hi Julian..
This is Onno from Indonesia somewhat close to Anna (I guess:)) ..

Our experience in Indonesia, technology wise is not that difficult
Our major problem is in educating the community
and creating the mass & pressure to the government
to unlicense the 2.4GHz & 5.8GHz band ..
(BTW, 2.4GHz & 5.8GHz is a licensed band in Indonesia)

After 4+ years of struggle
we hope to see the light by 5 Jan 2005
The ministry of telecommunication agree to unlicensing the 2.4GHz band
we hope he will sign the act by 5 jan 2005 ... horaay ..
