[WSIS CS-Plenary] Conference rooms for Civil Society at UNESCO

Thanks Francis for your relevant effort to make the
Civile Society for Information and Communication a
little bite present in UNESCO Paris.
We must do our best to be effectively present and
involved in the dabate.
Perhaps it will be a good momentum to promote the
French CS for Info and Com
