Dear Phillipe
Compliments.
The series of engagement by all NGOS in the most busy
year of the UN has kept communication very minimal
Hope you do understand that as the reason for my long
silence.
As for the followup meeting and the information that
invitation letters have been sent ALL NGOS in
Consultative relationship with the UN, ARE THESE NGOS
THAT HAVE BEEN PARTICIPATING IN THE WSIS PROCESS OR
ALL ECOSOC NGOS.
Considering the time, and distance, how can we
guarantee that NGOS like ours in this part of the
globe shall receive their invitations early enough for
us to process our visa applications.
You are aware of the difficulty we face
Please let us know if there are other measures that
can be taken for us to get our formal letters of
inviataion to participate.
Thank you.
