[WSIS CS-Plenary] last intervention for Subcom A

We like to make our final statement at the coming Plenary
seession starting at 3 pm.  (not Subcom A, unless they
change the schedule, but that could happen).

Internet Governance Caucus plans to make one final
statement and will discuss about that at 1:30 pm meeting
in Room E1058 - not on the 3rd floor we were using, but
on the 1st floor.
