[WSIS CS-Plenary] Update on non-gov participation

Ayesha Hassan from ICC just took the floor at the end of subcom A plenary
and said that CCBI and the private sector at WSIS associates itself with
our statement on non-gov participation from this morning.
Very good. On this issue we need to fight together with them.
