[WSIS CS-Plenary] sub-committe B on implementation - on international coordination

Hello,

Here is the written submission which was made tonight for sub-committee B on
follow-up. The governements could not agree to make an ad hoc working group on
pargraph 20 on international implementation, so the chair proposed that the
stakeholders sumbit written contributions until tonight on this para 20 to 22.

The following contribution was made in the name of the informal coalition on
financing.
