[WSIS CS-Plenary] URGENT ACTION REQUIRED SUMMIT PASSES

Overpasses, as I understand them, are special passes within the  
grounds of the Summit that allow you to be in the main plenary hall  
during the main sessions of the Summit.  Typically everyone wants to  
be there and there isn't sufficient room, so they issue "overpasses"  
to make sure that a fair distribution of the members of all the  
stakeholders have a chance to be in the room.

Usually this is only necessary for the first day when everyone wants  
to be there. After that, it should not be an issue.  Many of us get  
bored by the speeches after awhile, which all start to sound the  
same.  And you can always watch online or get the text later.
