[WSIS CS-Plenary] Drafting Group El Salvador

Just to report: Nobody objected to our presence (2 CS people, 2 from LLC) in the drafting group chaired by El Salvador (even as Iran was present too). None of us took the floor, as most of the discussion dealt with english language details of Chapter 3, 1. Introduction, Para 39. US actually inserted a sentence about "legitimacy based on the full participation of all stakeholders", that's all.
