The question is as follows.  Have you ever been contacted by one Jody
Daniel Newman of the public-root?

I'm taking the time to copy Mr. Newman on this too.  Because if your
answer is no - you have never spoken t Jody, then Mr. Newman has alot of
questions to answer.  Mr. Newman made it very clear at many meetings you
were drafting our bylaws.  We were going to pay you for that.

So Michael - answer the question - has newman ever called you?  And what
was discussed?
