[WSIS CS-Plenary] Drafting Gropu Egypt

Hi all,

18:00 we went to the drafting meeting on Para 60+61 chaired by Egypt. Several CS and PS members were present, not questioned by anyone. It was when someone from APC took the floor and spoke in favour of Open Source Software that the chair realized NGO members were in the room... The chair immediately asked us to give our statements (if we had any) and the leave the room.

A delegate from New Zealand came after us, we should wait as we wanted to make an intervention to get us back in (Australia also spoke in favour of us, China was not present). A few minutes later he came back apologizing that the chair was not willing to change his mind.
Just wanted to report that. Trying to find out how the meeting of El Salvador at 19:00 will evolve...
