having a method ready by the end of next week will allow us only days
to select people. i have no idea why it it taking sooooo long.
that being said, i will note that certain caucus and WG's are already
preparing a list of names. to insure the opportunity isn't missed -
they might submit directly. Again, let's start the process asap -
