[WSIS CS-Plenary] Need monitor for Subcttee B this afternoon

Dear friends,

We need help monitoring the afternoon session of Sub-Committee B,  
from 1500-1800 hours.  If someone could volunteer to take notes and  
share those with the plenary list, that would be a big help.

This is going to be an important sub-committee meeting, with several  
key issues of implementation and follow-up on the table.

And now that the meetings are being webcast, someone could do this  
remotely as well.
