[WSIS CS-Plenary] CS Orientation Kit for Prepcom III available for download

I realize that these computer files do not include the cover or the  
back pages, which refer to who produced the kits.

The orientation kit was produced by the UN Non-Governmental Liaison  
Service and the Conference of NGOs in Consultative Relationship with  
the United Nations with the support of the Humanist Institute for  
Cooperation with Developing Countries.

The original concept came from Tracey Naughton and the production was  
done by a team including:

     Kouraich Jaouahdou (UN-NGLS)
     Ramin Kaweh (UN-NGLS)
     Jette Madsen (CONGO)
