[WSIS CS-Plenary] Charter of Working Methods Working Group

Thanks for the Charter on WGWM!

Although many may think it is late in WSIS to finalise this Charter I  
want to note that the group has made a valuable contribution to some  
of the tangles civil society has been confronted with, and been able  
to navigate. Equally, it was clear in the CSB meeting today with the  
Inter-Governmental Bureau that the spirit of multi-stakeholder  
process has really taken root. Clear reference was made to the fact  
that when governments react to civil society texts it is on the basis  
of content, not it's source. In this regard whatever is produced as  
working methodology in WSIS is part of the model for future reference.
