I come by the present one to say to you that I received the electronic letter of Mr CONGO Philippe in this one, it let me know that the Steering Committee of which it controls gave ten purses to the delegations of various countries which received the accreditations like us to take part in the PRECOM III of Geneva, I will like to know in so much accredited member who will be our to become if we do not take part in these bases which is of capital importance and this, due to the lack of means of transport of our share.
