[WSIS CS-Plenary] * APC Tribute to Chris Nicol *

I did not know Chris well, but always appreciated his keen insights,  
common sense and good humor. His ICT primer was personally very helpful  
to me and certainly to many many others.

My thoughts and prayers go to his family and friends.
