Greetings from Winnipeg where a Canadian WSIS Civil society meeting  
has just started.


A civil society communiqué is being drafted  by a group of canadian  
civil society representing a diversity of peoples, backgrounds,  
expertise, and perspectives at the meeting.

To ensure an open process, one that allows virtual participants to  
contribute their thoughts and comments - we've decided to go through  
the process of formulating and creating the document using an open wiki.
