Yes, I was referring to the odd anti-DRM restriction of the GNU
Free Documentation License. "Other things" include allowing any
author to attach large uneditable adverts to the work, and
having to include the rather long licence *in* any Modified
Version (instead of including it with, as the GPL requires).
