[WSIS CS-Plenary] Fwd: [governance] caucus statements

I am traveling back from Geneva and do not have time to respond fully.

So... rather than trying to respond to all the accusations and 
complaints, below is an example of how the caucus tried to prepare of 
the prepcom, please see the email below.  I specifically asked about 
internationalization of the root.  YJ is a member of the governance 
list.  She did not reply.

Does this give the impression that we tried to hide the issue?  That 
we were not interested in discussion?

I am at a loss to know what we should have done differently.
