dear all,

heart felt thanks for all of the on and offlist best wishes - this is my 
second birthday during a second prepcom, and as with the first, i'm blessed 
again to be able to share it with so many good friends and colleagues..

however, as lovely as it is, i sincerely hope i don't find myself 
celebrating my next birthday during a WSIS prepcom ;)
