[WSIS CS-Plenary] Comments on the Bureau-Bureau document on Summit preparations

Hi all,

attached find my comments (in tracking mode) to the bureau document that 
was distributed on Friday and given to the government bureau in an earlier 
draft. I fully support the notion of an evolving document here. There are 
for sure many more ideas out there that are not incorporated yet.

I also suggest to change the format:

1. A main letter / document / statement, asking for our full inclusion in 
the summit preparations, with lessons learned from Geneva faults etc.

2. An annex with as detailed a list of suggestions as we can get (that is 
e.g. what the EU presidency asked for), and with concrete contact 
information from our side, on whom they can consult for security matters, 
for events planning, for travel funding etc. Only the last part makes it 
really possible for the governments / the summit organizers to really 
involve us.
