Please find attached the document on logistics. You can submit your 
input regarding this document to wsis at icvolunteers.org, until Monday 
evening, 21 February 2005.

In order to make the incorporation of your comments as easy as 
possible, please write directly into the document I have attached, by 
using the function “track changes” under “tools” of your text editor. 
If you do not have this option, please use a separate document for your 
comments.

I also reviewed the French version, which can now also be distributed 
(see attachment).
