[WSIS CS-Plenary] Date of Bureau-Bureau meeting announced..

Karlins just announced at the CS briefing session that there will be 
a Govt bureau-Civil Society bureau meeting on the 17th of Feb at 
2-2:45 pm.

One item that Karlins mentioned he'd like input on are ideas related 
to format of the summit.

I'm not sure if there's been any discussion related to this yet on 
the Civil Society lists - as such it would be good if  the content & 
themes groups could come up with recommendations by the morning of 
the 17th.
