I received several weeks ago a message indicating that
the participation to the precom II for coordinators of
caucus groups are free. Today, i receive this message
saying that my name is not among waitted participants.
I am expected to many thematic group meetings on
finance mechanisms.
I sahll be in Genva on Monday and if there is no
possibility to participate for me the lake of
communication between english speaking and others
explain this dramatic situation. I can now understand
why colleagues has already shuddle specific meetings
on finance mechanism without particular concertation
with those who are noermally in charge with the issue.
When I put question on Global alliance and the
creation of new groups i anticipate such a hidden
strategy consisting for recuperation by little group
all initiative which are not under control.
All the best for all participants.
D'ont care, it is not the end of the fight for surving
! I am sure that colleagues of our group participating
to the precom will be vigilent and able to refere and
to develop our position paper on the matter.

Un coup de gueulle encore pour dénoncer les pratiques
onusiennes et des organisateurs du sommet et qui
continuent à faire la part belle aux seuls englophones
et tentent de maintenir tout sous contrôle. 
Je suis sensé animer plusieurs réunions sur les
mécanismes de financement durant le Precom II. Or
notre ami Nnenna m'informe que mon nom ne figure pas
parmi les participants. Je fais le saut à Genève lundi
pour vérifier et si je dois retourner et poursuivre
mon combat d'ailleurs, qu'à cela ne tienne.
..... Bien du succès et de la réussite à ceux qui
participeront.
Je sais que je peux compter sur ceux de notre groupe
finance qui participeront pour exposer et défendre les
thèses développées dans notre papier de position
