Friends,

Having read these issue papers, I would like to comment on a few of them,
offer better definitions (e.g., for universal access - and there's a big
overlap with social inclusion/exclusion), etc. - but where to? Strange to
put up papers for comment and then not to give a receiving address for the
comments! 

It would also be helpful to know who the authors of these papers are. 

The group is taking a very broad view of "governance" by the way - what
isn't included? "Intellectual property" (or whatever political correctness
on this list requires it be called now) is one notable exception, but
everything else and the baby seem to be there.
