[WSIS CS-Plenary] 2nd meeting CS and Internet governance

Hi,

We propose to hold a second WSIS Civil Society Internet Governance on 
the morning of February 23rd, 10:30AM to 1PM.  (First meeting will be 
Feb 15th: 1900-2200)

Please let me know if this clashes with any other relevant meetings 
(other than the govt. PrepCom discussions) and we'll try another 
time/date.

WGIG report will be discussed in main plenary on 24th so 23rd is good 
timing for us.
