Vous êtes quelques uns à vouloir imposer à l'ensemble de la SC votre "cuisine tunisienne", en oubliant qu'elle n'a pas complètement perdu la mémoire ni la logique des réalités. 
Nous sommes de plus en plus nombreux, à force de recevoir vos messages répétitifs et obsessionnels qui remplissent nos boîtes aux lettres, à trouver cette prose contre-productive pour la suite du SMSI. La CS a besoin d'un minimum d'unité et de concorde pour prendre à bras le corps les problèmes importants que le Sommet de Tunis a laissés sur le carreau, dont la scandaleuse "fracture numérique" et son financement !
Si vous n'êtes pas d'accord avec telle ou telle formulation vous avez la liberté (mais oui !) de ne pas signer la Déclaration. Cela permettra à d'autres de mieux s'y retrouver ... et peut-être de la signer !
Je rappelle que CSDPTT n'ayant pas été d'accord avec certains alinéas et des non-dits de la Déclaration de la SC de Genève, ne l'a tout simplement pas signée et a informé la SC en motivant sa décision. Ce qui ne nous a pas empêché de continuer à contribuer aux textes du SMSI, officiels, officieux ou particuliers comme ceux de la SC. Et nous n'avons pas semé la zizanie pour imposer nos points de vue, même si ces dissonnances -toutes liées à la problématique de la "fracture numérique"- nous peinaient profondément.

Some of you want to impose your "tunesian cuisine" to the whole CS, while forgetting that it hasn't completey lost its memory nor the logic of the reality.
Recieving daily your obsessionnal e-mails we are more and more numerous for finding your masterpiece counter-productive for an efficient WSIS follow-up. And CS needs a minimum of unity and harmony for tackling the important issues the Tunis Summit failed even to respond, one of which is the scandalous "digital divide" and its financing !
If you don't agree one or (an)other CS Declaration statements or paragraphs, you are fully free (yes, you are !) not to sign the Declaration. This gives other organizations the possibility to find themselves more in accordance with its wording ... and perhaps to sign the document.
I'd remind you that CSDPTT didn't agree some paragraphs and missings of the CS Declaration in Geneva, so it just didn't sign it and explained the CS the reasons of its decision. These reasons were exclusively related to the lack of strong statements and concrete proposals for solving the Digital divide problematics, and they affected us profoundly. However, this didn't prevent us from contributing continously to official, unofficial and particular WSIS documents such as CS ones.
