Dear Mustapha and all,

I tried to read your mail with the help of a translation tool, as I am
German and do not speak French.

If the Arab Caucus (like everybody else) wants to suggest changes to the 
draft statement, we need concrete language proposals, and if possible at 
all in English - and right now!

Anything else whill not work anymore. We are in the very final stages of
polishing the document, and we have clarified the procedures a couple of 
times here.

I plan to have the final version (in English) ready by Sunday night.
