Dear Heidi,
I fully respect your position....
I try to express my point of view... I am more concern
by Development problem than Human right issues, more
than that, i am among few human beens who yet think
that development and democracy and freedom of
expression are often in contradiction.... Democracu
and freedom of expression was not in the Agenda of
thosde who built the groth and the develpment in the
19th and 20 th centuries especially iin the Norther
countries...
Thank you for your contribution and hope many
colleagues will involve themselves, in respect of each
others.
I am not against the democracy and the multiparties
but we need for sometime in the south strong leaders
with open and claer vision and capacity to monilize
everybody and not to be only concern by short term
elections....
Anyway it was not the issue of the WSIS Summit perhaps
it will be the issue of a next World Summit to be
organized out of Tunisia of course !
All the best
Djilali
