[WSIS CS-Plenary] Collaboration software debate

Mon cher Jean Louis,
Il est difficile pour les gens bien intentionnés dont
le seul mérite est d'être nés au Nord et ou dans des
pays riches et ou dans les couches au pouvoir de
comprendre la détresse et la désespérance de centaines
de millions de personnes qui vivent dans la grande
misère et le dénuement éducatif, sanitaire et
numérique.
C'est un dialogue de sourd et c'est révoltant lorsque
des attitudes méprisantes viennent de collègues qui
veulent parler au nom de la société civile du Nord et
du Sud... Si la société civile a une seule mission
c'est celle de défendre les intérêts des laisser pour
compte et cela nos amis du Nord doivent le comprendre
une bonne foi pour toute.

As long as the civile society representive refuse to
commit themselves to support the tragedy of population
in the South surviving in inacceptable conditions of
poverty in education, health, food, information and
other digital sectors we do face within ourselves a
big, very big misunderstanding.
