[WSIS CS-Plenary] UN ICT Task Force in Berlin/ CS paper

Hi Nnenna and all,

In general, it would make sense to get the CS Content&Themes Group
working again, as we also should submit something to the "Friends of the
Chair" Group until 2 November (next week!). That is the place where all
the other issues besides financing and Internet Governance will be dealt
with.

For the UN ICT TF, the finance caucus is trying to work on a paper, as
is the Youth Caucus.
