[WSIS CS-Plenary] Balancing Free Speech

I do not believe that membership to a certain political party or being a
part of its delegate should be considered as a private matter. Actually
both parties have this information and one republican actually pointed out
in CNN that a certain journalist was a member of the Democratic party. In
Canada, parties have access to all registered party members.
