[WSIS CS-Plenary] Balancing Free Speech

Dear Milton:

Dale stated that - as he understood it - that the Indymedia incident is
related to the Republican party and the USA elections. You state that it
is not. In the absence of any 'official' statement or accusation, we shall
never know the truth. What is sure is that the order to seize the servers
came from the USA government (hence the American flag in my suggested
logo). The order is seemingly unjustifiable and also indefensible, even as
a response to a formal request from the Swiss government, if that was the
case.

Is this issue related to the WSIS? You bet it is.
